Le Blanc 2020

The Wine: Le Blanc 2020 Les Cigales dans la Fourmilière Le Blanc is a skin-contact natural wine (orange wine) made from sustainably farmed Muscat grapes grown in Languedoc-Rousillon, Southern France. The grapes are fermented spontaneously and macerated with the skins in clay vessels, the wine is aged in old oak barrels, bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. The Producer: Les Cigales dans la Fourmilière Les Cigales dans la Fourmilière is the domaine of Ivo Ferreira and Julie Brosselin who live in Montpeyroux in the Languedoc. Ivo and Julie were making wine independently before becoming life partner and uniting the two domains under the new label Les Cigales dans la Fourmilière.
