Claudio Plessi Tiepido 2020 is an organic, naturally crafted sparkling red wine from Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Made entirely from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, it comes from old vines that are hand-harvested and gently macerated for six days in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation followed by in-bottle refermentation with some of the freshly pressed grape must. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no additional SO₂, this 12% ABV wine delivers a refreshing, lively character with delicate effervescence—ideal as an aperitif or paired with hearty Italian dishes.
